कोरोना संक्रमण की दूसरी लहर के कमजोर पड़ने के बाद अब इसके डेल्टा प्लस वैरिएंट का खतरा बढ़ता जा रहा है। मध्यप्रदेश के उज्जैन में इस वैरिएंट से पहली माैत की पुष्टि हुई है। प्रदेश में अब तक इसके 5 केस सामने आ चुके हैं।
उज्जैन के कलेक्टर आशीष सिंह ने ने बताया कि मध्य प्रदेश में डेल्टा प्लस के 5 मामले सामने आए हैं। इसमें भोपाल में 3 और उज्जैन में 2 मामले हैं। इसमें से उज्जैन के एक मरीज की मौत की पुष्टि हो चुकी है। जिस महिला की मौत हुई है, उसे टीका नहीं लगा था। महिला के पति ठीक हैं, जिन्हें टीका लग चुका था।
4 मरीज ठीक हो चुके हैं
राज्य सरकार की ओर से जानकारी दी गई कि मप्र में कोरोना वायरस के डेल्टा प्लस वैरिएंट के 5 में से 4 मरीज कोरोना से स्वस्थ हो चुके हैं और घर पर हैं। चिकित्सा शिक्षा मंत्री विश्वास सारंग ने कहा कि डेल्टा प्लस वैरिएंट के 5 मामले सामने आए हैं। इसको लेकर राज्य स्तर पर समीक्षा की जाएगी। प्रदेश में डेल्टा प्लस से एक मौत हुई है।
इसमें यह बात सामने आई है कि जिन्हें कोरोना वैक्सीन लग चुकी थी, वो डेल्टा प्लस को भी हराने में कामयाब हुए। सारंग ने कहा कि डेल्टा प्लस वैरिएंट से उज्जैन में एक मरीज की मौत हुई, उनको कोरोना की वैक्सीन नहीं लगी थी। बाकी चार मरीजों को पहले टीके लग चुके थे और अब वे स्वस्थ हैं।
मध्यप्रदेश समेत 3 राज्यों को सतर्क रहने की सलाह
केंद्र सरकार ने मंगलवार को ही डेल्टा प्लस को वैरिएंट ऑफ कंसर्न घोषित किया है। यानी की इसे गंभीर श्रेणी में रखा गया है। हेल्थ मिनिस्ट्री ने मध्यप्रदेश, केरल और महाराष्ट्र सरकार को विशेष सतकर्ता बरतने की सलाह दी है। राज्य सरकार को केन्द्र द्वारा अलर्ट करने के एक दिन बाद भी ग्राउंड पर काम कर रहे डॉक्टरों को कोई दिशा निर्देश ही नहीं मिले हैं।
इस मामले में हमीदिया अस्पताल के अधीक्षक डॉक्टर लोकेन्द्र दवे से बात कि तो उन्होंने कहा कि हमारे अस्पताल में इलाज को लेकर पूरी तैयारी है। अभी डेल्टा प्ल्स को लेकर सरकार की तरफ से अलग से कोई निर्देश नहीं मिले हैं।
वहीं, भोपाल जय प्रकाश जिला चिकित्सालय के सिविल सर्जन डॉक्टर राकेश श्रीवास्तव ने भी सिर्फ तैयारी पूरी होने का ही जवाब दिया है। इससे साफ है कि सरकार की तरफ से डेल्टा प्लस वैरिएंट को लेकर ग्राउंड पर काम करने वाले डॉक्टरों को अलग से कोई दिशा निर्देश ही नहीं दिए गए हैं।
इस मामले में भोपाल कलेक्टर अविनाश लवानिया ने बताया कि भोपाल में तीन मामले सामने आए थे। इनमें से तीनों मरीज स्वस्थ है। उनके संपर्क में आने वालों की भी कॉन्ट्रेक्ट ट्रैसिंग कराई गई, वह भी सभी ठीक है। अभी कोई ज्यादा मामले मिले नहीं हैं, इसलिए अलग से कोई निर्देश वाली बात फिलहाल नहीं है। हम काेरोना टेस्टिंग के साथ-साथ वैक्सीनेशन पर फोकस कर रहे हैं, जिससे लोगों को संक्रमण होने पर भी खतरा कम रहे।
वहीं, उज्जैन कलेक्टर आशीष सिंह ने बताया मई में जब कोरोना अपने चरम पर था, तब उज्जैन में 17 मई को संक्रमित मिले दंपती में नया वैरिएंट मिला था। 6 दिन बाद यानी 23 मई को महिला मौत हो गई थी। वहीँ, 18 मई को भी डेल्टा प्लस वैरिएंट वाला दूसरा मरीज यानी महिला का पति मिला, वह ठीक हो गया। नोडल अधिकारी डॉ. रौनक ने बताया कि सरकार के निर्देशानुसार रेंडमली सैंपल रोजाना जांच के लिए भोपाल भेजे जाते थे। जांच के बाद इसका खुलासा हुआ था। दोनों मरीज के संपर्क में आने वाले लोगों की भी जांच कराई गई, जिसमें से कोई भी संक्रमित नहीं मिला

4 patients have been cured
It was informed by the state government that 4 out of 5 patients of delta plus variant of corona virus in MP have recovered from corona and are at home. Medical Education Minister Vishwas Sarang said that 5 cases of Delta Plus variant have been reported. This will be reviewed at the state level. There has been one death from Delta Plus in the state.
In this it has come to the fore that those who had received the corona vaccine, were also successful in defeating Delta Plus. Sarang said that a patient died in Ujjain due to the Delta Plus variant, he had not received the corona vaccine. The remaining four patients had been vaccinated earlier and are now healthy.
Advice to 3 states including Madhya Pradesh to be alert
The Central Government has declared Delta Plus as a variant of concern on Tuesday itself. That is, it has been kept in the serious category. The Health Ministry has advised the governments of Madhya Pradesh, Kerala and Maharashtra to take special precautions. Even a day after the Center alerted the state government, the doctors working on the ground have not received any guidelines.
Talking to the Superintendent of Hamidia Hospital Dr Lokendra Dave in this matter, he said that there is complete preparation for treatment in our hospital. As of now, no separate instructions have been received from the government regarding Delta Plus.
At the same time, Civil Surgeon Dr Rakesh Srivastava of Bhopal Jai Prakash District Hospital has also given the answer only for the completion of preparations. It is clear from this that no separate guidelines have been given by the government to the doctors working on the ground regarding the Delta Plus variant.
In this case, Bhopal Collector Avinash Lavania told that three cases were reported in Bhopal. All three of these patients are healthy. Contact tracing of those who came in contact with him was also done, that too is fine. No more cases have been found yet, so there is no talk of any separate instructions at the moment. We are focusing on corona testing as well as vaccination, so that people are less at risk of infection.
At the same time, Ujjain Collector Ashish Singh said that in May, when Corona was at its peak, a new variant was found in the couple found infected in Ujjain on May 17. After 6 days i.e. on 23 May, the woman died. At the same time, on 18th May also another patient with Delta Plus variant i.e. woman's husband was found, he got cured. Nodal officer Dr. Raunak said that as per the instructions of the government, random samples were sent daily to Bhopal for examination. It was revealed after investigation. People who came in contact with both the patients were also investigated, none of whom were found infected.
